Sophie Bille Brahe + Weekday Collaboration

The Danish Jewelry designer Sophie Bille Brahe held a very intimate fashion event to show off her latest jewelry collection, which was in collaboration with Weekday. It was brilliant as always. The event was held at a small courtyard and was quickly filled up with many beautiful and fashionable people enjoying champagne and beer. Sophie Bille Brahe herself choose a refreshing and more low key outfit with an oversized t-shirt dress and Converse. Even the DJ was very beautiful, but low key enough to have her dog laying by her feet.

The jewelry collection "L´Escalier" contained about 10 pieces all in sterling and brushed silver, beautifully simple but with a twist. Inspired by Georg Jensen's architecture and Piero Fornasetti's surrealist drawings, Brahe's necklaces and rings displayed a very geometric staircase look. Sophie Bille Brahe herself explains: “The inspiration for the L’Escalier collection is a mix of many things I adore. I want to do something you don’t get bored with, something you continue to fall in love with it again and again.“

All in all, it was a cool event filled with beautiful people and stunning jewelry. The beautiful but affordable collection is now available at all Weekday retail stores worldwide.
